The 2021 Sunday Times Rich List has named Sir Leonard Blavatnik as the richest person in the UK.

With a net worth of £23 billion, Sir Leonard tops the list for the second time in 6 years. While fortifying his fortune in the music industry and the sports world in the past year, he is also credited for his philanthropy. Through The Blavatnik Family Foundation, Sir Leonard has donated £123 million to a variety of causes in the past year. The foundation also gave $100 million to form the Warner Music Group/Blavatnik Family Foundation Social Justice Fund to support music industry causes related to fighting violence and racism.
