Warner Music Group
In 2011, Access acquired Warner Music Group. WMG is home to a collection of the best-known record labels in the music industry, including Asylum, Atlantic, Parlophone, Reprise, Rhino, Roadrunner, Rykodisc, Sire, Warner Bros. and Word. Warner Music International operates through numerous international affiliates and licensees in more than 50 countries. WMG also includes Warner/Chappell Music, one of the world’s leading music publishers, with a catalog of more than one million copyrights worldwide. WMG acquired Parlophone from Universal Music Group in July 2013.

Established in 2013, it has worked with some of the world’s finest filmmakers on acclaimed films including Lee Daniels’s The Butler starring Forest Whitaker; Mr. Holmes directed by Bill Condon and starring Sir Ian McKellen; Martin Scorsese’s Silence, and the Academy Award-winning Hacksaw Ridge starring Andrew Garfield.
Amedia
Access owns a majority stake in Amedia, Russia’s largest producer of television series. The Amedia group of companies, founded by Alexander Akopov in 2002, includes Media City, one of the largest TV studios in Russia, and Amedia, which produces more than 700 hours of TV films and programs for the main Russian and Ukrainian TV channels annually.
Deezer
Deezer is a music and audio streaming service available in over 180 countries around the world, with a music library of 53 million tracks. The company currently has 14 million monthly active users and is the only music service with Flow, a personalized and dynamically learning music playlist based on Deezer’s proprietary algorithm. Deezer is headquartered in Paris, France.
First Access Entertainment
On October 28, 2015, Sarah Stennett and Access announced the formation of First Access Entertainment, a new joint venture. First Access Entertainment operates at the forefront of new entertainment-business models, focusing on talent development and representation, brand development and representation, recording artists and songwriters, and rights exploitation, across the music, entertainment, and fashion industries.

Access owns a third of R.G.E. Group Ltd., a privately held media group based in Israel that specializes in a variety of content and production activities, principally for television. The group’s main assets are The Sports Channel, NOGA Communications and The Parliament (Knesset) channel. The Sports Channel is Israel’s leading sports channel and produces and broadcasts six sports channels, including the top-rated Israeli and international sports events and studio programs.
